Glenworth Estate is a 200-acre property, orchard and farm in Berry, NSW, originally developed by James Wilson, Berry's first Lord Mayor. Restored under new ownership, the estate today offers luxury accommodation set across its historic grounds.

The Brief

The owners of Glenworth Estate needed a partner to manage the property end-to-end — from farm and orchard operations to guest accommodation — and to bring commercial rigour and modern systems to a 200-acre estate with limited existing infrastructure for bookings, pricing, and day-to-day management.

Our Approach

We took full operational responsibility for the property, orchard and farm across all 200 acres — managing accommodation, implementing new systems and software, coordinating booking management, and procuring contractors across the estate. On the commercial side, we managed pricing, availability and occupancy across multiple distribution channels, including Airbnb, Stayz and Booking.com, ensuring the property was optimally positioned and consistently performing across every platform.

The Outcome

Since taking on management of Glenworth Estate, occupancy has improved significantly across all distribution channels. Our role has since grown from operational management into a broader ownership and strategic consulting position, currently guiding the venue's upgrade and positioning as a leading wedding and event destination in the region.
